The Supply Chain Management Process Standards (Standards) were designed by the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) to be used as a tool to help organizations identify potential gaps in their processes.
LGF Consulting LLC uses this tool to help in identifying process strengths and weaknesses in your Supply Chain Process, and then focus our efforts on those areas where improvement will yield the most benefit for the client.
Each individual process section (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Return) includes several process subcategories, within each process subcategory there are multiple process attributes. For each subcategory attribute LGF Consulting LLC will compare your actual processes and practices vs. the Minimum Process Standards and Typical Best In Class Practices (as defined by CSMP) , scoring your process on a scale of 1-5 with 1 being below Minimum Standard, 3 equal to Minimum Standard and 5 equal to Best In Class practices.
Once your process ratings have been determined LGF Consulting LLC will work with your management team to determine where best to focus improvement efforts and then development an improvement action plan utilizing Six Sigma DMAIC methodology.
