All fees and pricing structures listed here are subject to change and final pricing and costs will be agreed to in writing before any work is done. All hourly billing is done based on actual hours worked.
Our standard hourly billing rate is $150 per hour, this rate applies to all offsite work or consultation. Once 200 hours of billing is reached the hourly rate is reduced to $125 per hour for the duration of the particular project. All LGF billing is based on an hourly rate basis (in whole hour increments) for onsite days.
Client sites located within a 250-mile radius of San Luis Obispo, California will incur travel charges of mileage only at $0.54 per mile traveled and actual hotel accommodation expenses if required . All other locations will be billed for actual travel and hotel accommodation expenses . LGF Consulting does not bill for meal expenses unless we pay for a meal that includes clients and/or their customers or vendors. All air domestic travel is booked at coach rates, any international flights with a duration of 6 hours or more are booked a business class rates. Note that air travel days are billed at a minimum of 4 hours.
All billing is done on a weekly basis with terms of Net 14 days from date of invoice. All invoices will be itemized with billable hours for each day worked and individual expenses.
